UK Delivery

T&Co Motor Hub currently delivers online orders within the United Kingdom. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and delivery service used.

Shipping Costs

Where a product is offered with free UK delivery, there will be no additional standard shipping charge at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders require processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery times may vary between products because items may be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.

Delivery estimates shown on product or order information are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Multiple-Item Orders

If you order more than one product, your items may be dispatched separately and may arrive in different parcels or on different days. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because an order is sent in separate parcels where delivery was advertised as free.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate with the supplier or delivery carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep the item and its packaging and, where possible, provide photographs to help us investigate the issue.
