Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from T&Co Motor Hub. If you change your mind about an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to request a return.

After notifying us, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items should be returned in their original condition, with all parts, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Vehicle Parts & Compatibility

Many of our vehicle parts are designed for specific makes, models, years or engine types. Before ordering, please carefully check the product description, measurements, part numbers, fittings, connectors and photographs against your original part.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it, unless otherwise required by law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and assessed, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to stop the shipment and you may need to follow the returns procedure after receiving it.
